Please be aware that although this process worked well for me I accept no responsibility if, you try it and it doesn’t work. Only have a go if you feel you are competent enough and, maybe on a spare injector first. Otherwise best to use an injection specialist.

Re-making TR6 internal injector filters.
If you have reconditioned injectors that have not had the filter replaced, below is a method I have developed to re make the internal filters for TR6 fuel injectors. I am using 8mm OD X 1 pneumatic nylon tubing.
